Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
√Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize financial performance.
√Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
√Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
√Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting revenue and expenses, and monitoring budget performance.
√Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
√Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with auditing standards.
√Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
√Evaluate investment opportunities, assess risks, and recommend appropriate courses of action.
√Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to secure financing and support business objectives.
√Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

Requirements:
√Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
√Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA is highly desirable.
√Proven experience of five (5) in a similar finance management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
√In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
√Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
√Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
√Advanced proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
√Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
√Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
√Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
