DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

. 1.Outside&Employee Relations Management
√Appropriate management of employee relations.
√Maintain cordial relations with labor office, NSSF, trade unions, etc.
2.Recruitment
√Ensure timely recruitment of suitable candidates for all positions.
√Expand recruitment channels and build up the company's own talent pool.
3.Compensation & Benefit
√Ensure the accuracy of monthly salary and social welfare payment with working together with external HR service provider.
√Ensure company’s salary and compensation system be updated with market situation and
present salary increase and bonus proposals in accordance with policies and manage communication process.

4.Talent management
√Set up talent development plan with management team including career development, training, promotion, high potential programs, retention plan and succession plan.
√Set up performance management process and facilitate the implementation.
√Manage all current and historical personnel information ensuring accuracy of employee information at all times.
5.HR Consultancy
√Coach and counsel managers, supervisors and employees on employee relation issues providing advice as required.
√Manage introduction of new hire and implement exit interviews when employee leaves.
√Organizing events and employee activities, be the key person of external marketing & communications.
√Manage and develop the HR team ensuring they provide a professional and high quality support service to the business.

REQUIREMENTS
√Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
√Above 8 years as HR manager.
√Good oral and written English
√Excellent on communication, quick learner, and interpersonal skills.
√Computer skill on various office software.
√Good relationship with NSSF, labor office in Mkuranga.
