Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
√Setting targets, performance plans, and standards for sales reps to meet.
√Meet with your team regularly to review progress, targets, and general performance.
√Coach sales reps to help them improve their technique and productivity.
√Make sure that your team knows how to use various sales techniques correctly.
√Recruit, train, and oversee a team.
√Support, discipline, report, and dismiss sales reps that are not up to standard.
√Develop a scalable sales process and ensure that your reps follow it.
√Hold team-building events away from the company’s locations.
√Conduct detailed performance reviews on an annual or semi-annual basis.
√Monitor competition, industry trends, and economic indicators.

REQUIREMENTS:
√Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, business administration or other related field.
√Proven 5+ years' experience in sales, trade marketing, distribution and business development.
√Outstanding communication skills, and a good manager speaks second and listens first.
√Time management skills-an ability to prioritise time and tasks.
√Empathy and the capacity to see things from a customer’s point of view. √Trust and integrity; a good manager doesn’t ask reps to do anything illegal or immoral.
√The ability to unite a team under a singular vision.
√Excellent motivational and strong analytical skills.
√Asian candidates preferable
