Key Responsibilities
√ Identify and approach potential clients to promote and sell insurance products, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance.
√ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Provide guidance and support to ensure their insurance needs are met.
√ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by meeting or exceeding expectations for new business acquisition and retention.
√ Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's insurance products, policies, and services. Provide clients with clear and accurate information.
√ Understand clients' unique needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on their personal or business circumstances.
√ Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in regulations to effectively position products.
√ Regularly follow up with potential leads and clients, addressing any concerns or questions, and negotiating terms as needed.
√ Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts, ensuring all paperwork is complete, accurate, and in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
√ Provide exceptional post-sale support, assisting clients with claims, policy renewals, and any issues that may arise.
√ Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.

Qualifications
√ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
√ Proven 5 years working experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
√ Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
√ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
√ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
√ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
