DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
√ Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
√ Identify new business opportunities and create plans to capture new markets or client segments.
√ Provide regular performance feedback and support the development of team members through training and mentoring.
√ Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
√ Identify client needs and recommend appropriate travel products and services.
√ Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction, resulting in repeat business and referrals.
√ Analyse sales data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
√ Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements and services for clients.
√ Help resolve any client-related issues that arise during the booking or post-trip phases, ensuring a positive client experience.
√ Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring that sales activities are conducted within allocated financial resources.
Qualification:
√ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
√ 5 years plus of work experience in Sales in a managerial or leadership role in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
√ Familiarity with the travel booking process, tour operations, and client relationship management (CRM) systems.
√ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
√ Strong understanding of the travel industry, including trends, customer preferences, and competition.
√ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
