DescriptionDuties and responsibilities
√Diagnosing and resolving issues with electronic systems and equipment.
√Maintaining detailed logs of every repair and test that is carried out.
√Collaborating with other technical staff to develop systems and improve functionality.
√Educating colleagues about the correct handling and upkeep of electronic equipment.
√Ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
√Participating in training and potentially guiding junior technicians
√Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs
√Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
√Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
√Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
√Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
√Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
√Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
√Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using a sealant on a flat roof
√Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
√Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped
Requirements
√High school diploma or Vocational Certificates
√3-5 Years of working experience as Maintenance Technician
√Technical skills.
√Good communication skills.
√Ability to work independently.
√Valid driver's license (Motorbike).
√Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
√Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
√Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
√ Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
