Description

Key Responsibilities:
√ Develop and Implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets.
√ Provide leadership with insights on current trends, customer behavior and competitor activities.
√ Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client information, sales activities, and revenue generated.
√ Proactively reach out to potential customers, leads, and referrals to promote travel packages, tours, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
√ Understand customers' travel preferences, interests, and budgets to offer personalized travel recommendations and itineraries.
√ Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various travel products and services to effectively promote and upsell to customers.
√ In a Nutshell assist customers in planning their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and travel insurance, ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience.
√ Build and maintain strong relationships with both individual, Non-Lata and corporate clients.
√ Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional travel products and services, such as upgrades, special packages, and add-ons to maximize revenue of which it will be assisted by CM.
√ Collaborate with other teams within the travel agency, such as marketing, Reservations and Hotel Contractors and Visa Teams, to ensure a coordinated approach to customer service and sales efforts.

Qualifications:
√ Diploma or Degree in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field.
√ 5 years of sales experience preferably in the travel, or hospitality.
√ Strong customer service skills with a keen understanding of client needs and the ability to provide tailored solutions.
√ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
√ Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and travel booking systems.
√ Fluency in more than one language is a bonus.
