We are looking for Territory Sales Representative to work with our client in Tanzania specializing in the importation and distribution of invitro diagnostics, Chemicals, Cosmetics and Education science apparatus and equipment, dental equipment, consumables, hospital equipment, and Medical devices.
TSR Reporting to CEO - is responsible for generating leads to meet sales goals within the following territories Mwanza, Dodoma, Tabora, Shinyanga, Kilimanjaro, Mbeya, Ruvuma, Dar es Salaam, and Zanzibar.
Key Responsibilities
Act as point of contact between existing and potential customers within assigned territories
Identifying business opportunities and Challenges
Generating leads against competitors
Meeting or exceeding sales goals
Negotiating, Closing deals, and handling complaints
Preparing daily, weekly and quarterly reports
Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
Understanding and promoting company products
Visit customers to evaluate needs and any complaints
Update from time to time customer information and tracking
Performing Costing analysis of existing and potential customers
Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Gather feedback from customers and share it with the management
Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects
Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas
Qualifications and Requirments
Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Laboratory, Chemical Processing, Molecular biology, and Biotechnology.
4+ Years of Experience in a similar industry is an added advantage
Understanding of sales process and dynamics
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
Excellent Negotiations skills
Outstanding Verbal and Written Communication skills
