Duties and Responsibilities
√ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
√ Achieve sales growth and hit sales targets.
√ Engaging with new clients and maintaining customer retention.
√ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs.
√ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
√ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
√ Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
√ Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
√ Maintain good customer service and satisfaction with clients.

Requirements
√ Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing or Business-related field.
√ Three (3+) years of experience as Sales officer.
√ Experience working with spare parts for Chinese trucks like Faw, Howo and Shacman.
√ At least having a client base.
√ Effective communication skills.
