Description

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services
  • Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.

     REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Should be an ACTIVE sales person on the field for at least 3 years running up to 2024
  • Detailed knowledge of selling Ocean freight (LCL and FCL) and Air freight Products.
  • Results oriented and ambitious for future leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and transportation services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
