Duties and Responsibilities
√ Leading and overseeing all operations activities within the organization
√ Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize operations efficiency
√ Monitoring and improving operations process, workflows, and system
√ Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
√ Budget preparations and oversight, ensuring that operations are conducted within the financial constraints of the origination
√ Managing relationship with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and quality standards
√ Monitoring KPIs to track the success or recurring problem.
√ Manage all crucial documents such as bills of landing, pick slips, shipping notices etc.
√ Direct the flow of shipping from packing to shipment.
√ Prepare necessary reports and statistics required on a timely basis.

Requirements
√ Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics or equivalent field.
√ Five (5+) years’ experience in managing operations or any related role.
√ Prior background in Declaration is an added advantage
√ Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex operational challenges
√ Experience in preparing shipping documents and EDI
√ Experience in directing as well as evaluating subordinates
√ Computer savvy with good experience in reporting and budgeting
√ Outstanding Communications and Organization skill.
