DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
√Develope and enforcing procedures and policies to ensure the organisation's compliance with industry and government regulations.
√Consistent risk assessments to recognise areas where the company might be vulnerable to non-compliance.
√Working with other departments in the company, such as the legal, human resources and finance department, to ensure compliance of all department.
√Reply to user requests and queries as per standard processes set by the company
√Develope policies and procedures that address the concepts of risk
√Liaise with auditors to ensure company finances is maintained.
√ Process accounts payable credit memos, refund checks, prepare and initiate wire transfers .
√Compile capital vendor lists, analyze bank reconciliations, process goods receipt/invoice reports.
√Maintaining the financial health of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS
√A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or a related field.
√Minimum of 3+ years’ working experience in compliance, Taxation and finance management or a related field.
√Knowledge of financial crime and anti-money laundering regulations.
√Familiarity with developing and executing compliance management techniques.
√Experience in conducting audits and investigations and providing relevant strategies.
√Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurate.
√ qualification as CPA IS considered a plus.
