Duties and responsibilities
√ identifying and addressing business opportunities with current and prospective customers via local or international suppliers,
√ Working with the team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives,
√ Preparing export report on country and customer basis,
√ Designing & executing growth plans in export countries,
√ Researching foreign markets through trade portals and other channels to find new contacts,
√ Planning route to market model for new potential countries making regular travel programs, reporting and finalizing them,
√ Following market trends & competition,
√ Following up the whole process from order placement and payment to final delivery to the customer,
√ Attending local and international trade shows, exhibitions and meetings and representing the company,
√ Achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service,
√ Building a bridge between head of the department and team / internal departments to coordinate for daily business activities,
√ Consolidating and analyzing the information to supervise the team.

Requirements and skills
√ Must have a bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, marketing or any related fields.
√ 5 + years sales experience in export industry, preferably within the building materials sector
√ Knowledge of Export & Import operations and Finance is a plus,
√ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
√ Passionate, result-oriented and able to stay positive in times of challenge,
√ Ability to handle multiple tasks, be flexible and work under stress and pressure,
√ High level of analytical skills, critical thinking and ability in simplifying of complex issues,
√ Lead operational excellence processes,
√ Prone to teamwork and able to work collaboratively,
√ Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal, dynamic, creative and analytical skills,
√ Demonstrate good communication skills and be able to work well within a team environment, third-party service providers and colleagues,
√ Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
