√Comprehensive program development skills, from broad-reach advertising to highly targeted, direct marketing across all relevant marketing channels and platforms.
√Ability to forge strategic alliances with key partners who can extend and build brand and company relevance.
√A track record of new product development with strong marketing and communications skills.
Requirements
√Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
√Experience in marketing, with at least 10+ years in a leadership role within the FMCG industry.
√Deep understanding of the beverages sector and consumer behaviour.
√Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
√Strong Brand Development and Management skills.
√Understanding of RTM.
√Experienced in Portfolio Management.
√Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
√Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
√Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
√ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
√Most preferably a candidate from Kenya
