DescriptionDuties and responsibilities
√Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
√Identify potential customers and market segments through market research, industry analysis, and customer profiling
√Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
√Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
√Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
√Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing activities with business objectives.
√Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
√Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company, build relationships, and explore partnership opportunities.
√Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
√Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
√Screen candidate resumes and job applications
√Makes services knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
√Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
√Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and marketing, participating in training programs, workshops, and professional development activities.
√Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
√Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
√Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
√Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
√Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
√Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients, preparing proposals, quotes, and sales agreements in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
√Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
√Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
√Contribute to the development. of sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, providing input and insights to support business growth objectives.
Requirements
√Bachelor degree in Human Resources or any related field
√5 years of working experience as recruitment officer
√Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
√Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
√Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
√Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
√Strong decision-making skills.
