Description

Duties and responsibilities
√ Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements. Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
√Analyze and improve operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity Develop marketing strategies and plans to effectively promote the company’s products and services.
√Manage resources effectively, including personnel, technology, and budget to achieve company objectives. Enhance the company’s brand image through effective marketing initiatives and maintaining consistent messaging
√Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that services and products meet industry standards. Implement and manage online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
√Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Develop and maintain customer relationships through various channels to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
√ Utilize KPIs and performance metrics to monitor operational efficiency and performance. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and initiatives.
√Lead and coordinate teams in various departments to foster collaboration and achieve common goals. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that expenditures align with strategic objectives and provide a good ROI.
√Oversee relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best quality and pricing for necessary services and tools. Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data and feedback.

Requirements
√ Bachelor Degree in Information Technology , Business Administration ,Marketing, or a related field.
√5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
√Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
√Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
√ Work with departments (e.g., IT, Sales, Customer Support) to ensure alignment of operations and marketing efforts.
√Utilize information systems and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
√ Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders regarding operational and marketing strategies and outcomes.
