Description

Key Responsibilities:
√ Formulate specific market strategies, annual plans and annual budgets for the local market.
√ Assist customers in building stores, and complete the final inspection and acceptance work.
√ Suppliers of materials and construction related to the development and construction of stores.
√ Set up branch promotion system, including brand positioning, brand packaging, terminal display, brand communication, new product launch, promotion, shopping guide system.
√ Monitor and control expensesduring the process.√ Monitor and control expenses during the process.
√ Establish annual marketing training plan, follow up the progress and effect of the annual training plan. √Create standard training courseware for marketing work promotion and organize related training.
√ Evaluate the training results of all staff of the branch company and evaluate the training effect. √Maintain online social media.
√ Establish brand talent team construction, personnel recruitment guidance.
√ Promote the actual market research actions of the marketing department.
 

Qualification:
√ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
√ More than 5 years of market leader or deputy experience within building materials, FMCG, telecommunications and other similar industries.
√ Have a good grasp of marketing theory and be familiar with various means and methods of marketing promotion;
√ Master project management knowledge and be able to apply it in projects.
√ Have good market insight, master consumer psychological analysis skills
√ Excellence communication and language skills;
√ Good office software and summary reporting skills
