Description

Key Responsibilities:
√ Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
√ Present, promote, and sell the company’s product range to potential customers.
√ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
√ Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and maximize customer loyalty.
√ Understand customer needs and pain points to recommend the most appropriate products and solutions.
√ Work closely with the operations, logistics, and customer service teams.
√ Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports, sales forecasts, and updates to management on sales activities.
√ Continuously monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity.
√ Stay up to date with the company’s product offerings, new releases, and industry trends.
√ Partner with the logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth sales operations and a seamless customer experience.
√ Participate in ongoing sales training, product knowledge sessions, and industry events.

Qualifications:
√ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
√ Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the distribution industry.
√ Strong knowledge of sales techniques, account management, and customer relationship strategies.
√ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
√ Advanced proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
√ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
√ Strong understanding of distribution channels, supply chain processes, and product delivery systems is a plus.
