√ Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support business objectives.
√ Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent.
√ Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and safety standards.
√ Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and promoting a positive workplace culture.
√ Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary to address complex employment issues or litigation risks.
√ Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs.
√ Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation plans effectively.
√ Act as an advisor to leadership on HR matters and workforce planning.
√ Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics.
Qualification
√ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Bachelor of Law will be an added advantage.
√ 5+ years of experience in Human Resource Roles in Managerial, plus 3+ years of experience in Labor and Employee Relations.
√ Experience with CMA and Corporate Legal Counsel
√ Experience on Change management/Performance management
√ Experience in Beverage Industry
√ Familiar with HR ERPs.
√ Must be a registered Advocate
