Key Responsibilities
√ Develop, implement, and maintain the intemal and/or external sales strategy and processes to maximize Imperium Insurance Brokers profit potential.
√ Promote the organization's products and services to new and current clients.
√ Ensure all clients are satisfied and that the services we provide meet or exceed their customer expectations.
√ Liaise with Imperium Insurance Brokers ciients on reqular basis to understand their needs, resolve their complaints and issues, to provide value to our services.
√ Review current and prospective cients accounts to identify business opportunities, analyse opportunitles,
and promote sales growth.
√Make at least five clients visit everyday.
√ Provide reports, presentations, and recommendations on market trends, customer trends, and competitors actions.
√ Create sales strategies, acion plans and budgets.
√ Research and develop new sales opportuniües or new markets
√ Train and develop your subordirnate team on upskiling.
√ Work closely with insurance companies to strengthen business relationships
√ Conduct insurance industry research and trends analysis
√ Generate weekly and monthly reports to the management.

Qualifications
√ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Insurance-related certifications, are a plus.
√ 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role within the insurance industry.
√ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
√ Excellent understanding of insurance products and markets
√ Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
