DescriptionResponsibilities
√Install and configure new Husky machines and peripheral equipment.
√Assist in the setting up of production processes and ensure machinery is calibrated for optimal performance.
√ Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on Husky machines according to established schedules and procedures.
√ Diagnose issues with machinery and carry out repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
√ Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
√ Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify malfunctions.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to solve complex machinery issues.
√ Provide technical support to production staff on proper machine operation and safety practices.
√Train team members in preventive maintenance procedures and machine operation.
√Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and machine modifications.
√Assist in creating and updating machine operation manuals and maintenance procedures.
√Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
√Promote a culture of safety and quality within the facility.
Qualifications
√Diploma or Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent; additional technical training in machine operation is a plus.
√Previous experience as a HuskyTechnician or in a similar role; familiarity with injection molding processes is preferable Skills
√Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
√Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
√Familiarity with electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, machine setting, mold loading, machine maintenance and safety protocols.
√Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
√Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy equipment as needed.
√Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions in a manufacturing environment.
√Ability to work for 12 hours 5 days a week.
