DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
√ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for plant and support staff, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
√ Forecast staffing needs based on production targets and labor trends.
√ Ensure company practices align with labor laws, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
√ Maintain meticulous employee records, contracts, and disciplinary documentation.
√ Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback systems.
√ Act as a liaison between employees and management to promote open dialogue and quick resolution of issues.
√ Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance workforce skills, productivity, and safety.
√ Support supervisors with coaching and team development resources.
√ Monitor employee performance metrics and attendance records
√ Collaborate with line managers to establish clear performance goals and corrective action plans.
√ Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance, overtime, and leave tracking.
√ Manage employee benefits, leave policies, and statutory deductions.
Qualifications:
√ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
√ 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is essential.
√ In-depth knowledge of labor laws, occupational health and safety standards, and industrial relations.
√ Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
√ High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
√ Proficiency with HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and payroll software.
