Duties and responsibilities
√ Formulate and execute plans to promote the company's services, including freight forwarding and customs clearance.
√ Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
√ Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
√ Work closely with operations, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
√ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain necessary documentation.
√Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
√ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, logistics or any related field
√ 5years experience of strong track record in sales, particularly within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
√Good understanding of international trade, customs procedures, and freight forwarding processes.
√ Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals.
√ Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
