Description

Job Responsibilities:
√ Responsible for formulating the company's marketing strategy in the designated area to ensure the realization and achievement of the company's annual business plan or strategic planning objectives;
√Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and partners, enhance the growth of sales and long-term cooperation of company products;
√ Continue to pay attention to and analyze the dynamics of the Equipment/Engineering Machinery products industry in the market, competitors, and provide support for the company's decision-making;
√ Enhance the company's visibility and influence in the market through various channels;
√ Build and manage a marketing team, provide training and guidance, etc. to ensure efficient team operation.

Qualifications:
√ Minimum of a Degree or better in Mechanical / Electrical /Civil engineering / Business Administration, Marketing or business related major;
√ More than 5 years of marketing or related work experience, with successful experience in leading the team to achieve sales goals;
Experience in Motor vehicles, Forklift , Generators and Agriculture machinery
√ Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate with overseas customers and partners proficiently;
√ Proficient in marketing tools and methods, such as SWOT analysis, etc.;
√ Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, high level of tolerance, able to withstand pressure, has communication skills, keen market insight and analysis skills.
