Key Responsibilities:
√ Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally.
√ Present menus, make informed recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
√ Take accurate orders, communicate them effectively to the kitchen, and bar.
√ Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
√ Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area at all times.
√ Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any issues or requests.
√ Process payments and ensure accurate billing using the POS system.
√ Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards.
√ Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a smooth service flow.

Qualifications:
√ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant.
√ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
√ Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
√ High attention to detail and personal presentation.
√ Ability to handle pressure and multitask during peak hours.
√ Fluent in English and Swahili.
