Description

Duties and responsibilities
√Serve as the primary point of contact for all workplace issues, grievances, and conflict resolution, fostering a fair and consistent approach aligned with company values.
√Lead initiatives that significantly enhance morale, job satisfaction, and the overall employee experience.
√Efficiently own and resolve non-complex employee relations cases with sound judgment and a commitment to positive outcomes.
√Drive a service-oriented culture that ensures an exceptional internal customer experience for all employees.
√Act as a proactive change agent, guiding and supporting employees through organizational transitions, structural adjustments, strategic shifts, or cultural transformations.
√Implement effective change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
√Introduce impactful initiatives designed to boost employee productivity and ensure strong goal alignment.
√Lead strategic business performance dialogues in partnership with department heads, translating HR insights into business outcomes
√Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including onboarding, probation tracking, contract renewals, and efficient processing of employee changes.
√Strengthen HR documentation control and ensure unwavering compliance with internal protocols.
√Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders on all HR-related matters.
√Facilitate impactful employee surveys and feedback loops to inform crucial people decisions and strategies.
√Ensure business continuity through timely and insightful workforce planning and capability assessments.

Qualifications
√A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or a Master’s Degree is an added advantage, demonstrating a strong foundation in legal or advanced HR principles.
√Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a leadership role within Human Resources, ideally as an HR Business Partner.
√Proven leadership capacity with the ability to strategically manage and support a workforce of over 500 employees.
√Exceptional expertise in Tanzanian labor legislation and industrial relations is a must.
√Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, enabling effective stakeholder management and problem-solving.
√Demonstrated high integrity and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
√Strong command of HRIS systems, with particular proficiency in ZOHO People.
